Attorney Kimberly De La Cruz, a Miami native with Cuban roots, received her Juris Doctor Degree from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude and top 9% of her class.  While there, she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts, Legal Skills & Values I, Legal Skills & Values II, Legal Skills & Values III, and Evidence.  She was a member of the Negotiations Team and was selected to compete at the Twelfth ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris, France.

Ms. De La Cruz sat for the Florida Bar Exam in February 2018.  Subsequently, she was invited to deliver the student address at the Fourth District Court of Appeal swearing-in ceremony at West Palm Beach, Florida, for being one of the exam’s highest achievers.  She is a member of the Florida Bar and Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. De La Cruz is bilingual in English and Spanish.  Moreover, she is an avid traveler that has visited over 30 countries and runs a travel blog.
